Dream team 2007/8




AT the end of every Welsh Premier campaign, the league managers vote for their player of the season and their 'dream team' which can be selected from players of clubs other than their own.

The 2007/8 player of the season was Rhys Griffiths of Llanelli.

The team of the season was Lee Kendall (Haverfordwest); Stuart Jones (Llanelli), Wyn Thomas (Llanelli), George Horan (Rhyl), Chris King (TNS); Craig Jones (Llanelli), Chris Venables (Welshpool Town), John Leah (TNS), Sion Edwards (Bangor City); Ashley Stott (Bangor City), Rhys Griffiths (Llanelli).

The subs bench was keeper Neil Thomas (Carmarthen Town), defenders Kyle Jacobs (Welshpool) and Michael Johnston (Bangor City), midfielders Craig Jones (Rhyl) and Andrew Mumford (Llanelli) and striker Michael Wilde (TNS).
