Four Nations tournament 2008

Four Nations tournament 2008

England manager Paul Fairclough holds the Four Nations trophy after success in the Scottish Highlands in 2007.

The 2008 tournament is to be held in Wales for the first time since 2003, after the home country conceded the right to the Scottish Highlands in 2007.
Wooden spoonists for the last three years, Ireland have withdrawn from the tournament, to be replaced by a side from Gibraltar, managed by Albert Buhagiar.
The tournament will be staged at Rhyl's Belle Vue, which will host the home country's matches, Colwyn Bay's Llanelian Road and Park Hall, Oswestry, the home of TNS.
