MOLD Alexandra went third in the Cymru Alliance on Tuesday night with a 2-1 home win over bottom club Gresford Athletic.But they were forced to come from behind after Tomos Woods gave the Wrexham visitors the lead, before Simon Holloway levelled and Graham Randles hit the 66th-minute winner. Buckley Town also fought back from a goal down at home to Guilsfield, who went ahead through an 11th-minute Jamie Williams goal. Dean Hardstaff got the Bucks' equaliser, with summer signing Wes Brereton (pictured) grabbing the winner seven minutes from time for the Globe Way outfit, who move into ninth place. |
