FLINT Town United maintained their four-point lead at the head of the Cymru Alliance with a 3-1 win at Llanfairpwll, Paul Williams scoring after just two minutes and completing a brace before half-time. Llangefni Town remain second, with a game in hand, after a 2-0 win at Guilsfield with goals from Warren Gibbs and Kevin Lloyd. Third placed Llandudno also won, 3-2 at Llangollen's Tower Fields, while Penrhyncoch remain fourth after a 5- 2 success at bottom club Gresford, Richard Evans scoring a hat-trick of penalties. New signing from Bala, Stuart Hayes, wasted no time in getting off the mark for Buckley Town, netting twice on his debut in a 4-1 win at Berriew. Neil Wynne and Laim Caddick were also on target for the visitors. |
