LEADERS Flint Town United maintained their advantage at the top of the Cymru Alliance with a 2-0 home win over Guilsfield in which the prolific Sean Beck and Paul Williams were on target.But Llangefni Town maintained the pressure with a 3-0 home success over Lex XI, Darren Thomas opening the account and Rob Williams adding the second from the penalty spot before Ywain Gwynedd added a third. Buckley Town rose to their highest point of the season in fourth place with a 3-1 victory at Penrhyncoch in which recent signing Colin Quirk (pictured) grabbed a brace. Mold Alexandra added to Caernarfon Town's woes with a 3-1 win at Alyn Park thanks to goals from Darren Pritchard, Jamie Crowther and Gary Burns. |
