FORMER Caersws and Gap Connah's Quay striker Chris Melia has become the latest signing for Cymru Alliance side Cefn Druids after impressing during a trial periodThe 29-year-old striker has had previous experience scored 12 goals from 61 (+16) appearances in the Welsh Premier playing for the Bluebirds and the Nomads, before he returned to England in March this year to sign for Winsford United. Since arriving at Plaskynaston for pre-season training and friendly matches, Melia has scored four times for the Druids who are at home to a Wrexham XI today. |
