LLANDUDNO are hopeful goalkeeper Paul Whitfield will remain at the club despite interest from Huws Gray Alliance leaders Gap Connah’s Quay.The Nomads have put in seven days notice of approach for the former Wrexham stopper with their own keeper Terry McCormick being linked with a move to Bala Town. Seasiders' assistant manager Grant Montgomery is optimistic Whitfield will stay at Maesdu Park. "We’ve spoken to Paul and he’s assured us he’s happy at Llandudno," he told the North Wales Weekly News. |
