GAP Connah's Quay returned to the top of the Huws Gray Alliance with a 4-0 win at relegated Rhydymwyn, as title rivals Rhyl slipped for the second week running.Danny Forde led the way with a brace for the Nomads, whose player-manager Mark McGregor also scored alongside Jamie Petrie. But the Lilywhites went down 2-1 at Caersws despite taking the lead through Scott Beckett after just nine minutes. Jacob Smith pulled one back for the Bluebirds, who snatched the winner through Gareth Williams in the final minute. Third-placed Cefn Druids returned to winning ways, 2-1 at home to Porthmadog, an Andrew Swarbrick double erasing Marcus Orlik's goal for the visitors. Llandudno were held 0-0 at home by Buckley and could well be overhauled by Rhos Aelwyd, who have two games in hand and thumped Welshpool 5-1 at Ponciau Banks. Mike Burke scored a hat-trick, with Steve Powell and Jon Rush adding further goals. Mike Collister scored Rhayader's goal in a 1-1 draw at home to Flint, who responded through Ben Jones, while Aaron Aby, Adam Jenkins and Kevin Garland were on target for Ruthin in a 3-0 away win at Guilsfield.
