STEVE Walters has been named as the Teejac Sports Huws Gray Alliance manager of the season.The former Rhyl midfielder led his newly-promoted club, who were pre-season relegation favourites, to a fourth placed finish in the league and, for the first time in their history, the NEWFA challenge cup. Walters has now stepped down Rhos Aelwyd hotseat, to be replaced by Aled Rowlands, and received with the trophy at the club's presentation evening from Alliance chairman and FA councillor Steve Williams.
