CEFN Druids have beaten several clubs, including some in the Welsh Premier, to the signature of Rhydymwyn starlet Tom McElmeel.The central midfielder impressed in a midweek friendly at Corwen and has now put pen to paper for the Ancients, who have also signed defender John Keegan (pictured). The 29-year-old, who spent last season at Rhyl, made 136 Welsh Premier appearances for Caernarfon, Welshpool and Porthmadog. Druids' boss Huw Griffiths is also in talks with defender Gethin Lloyd, who has just been released by Bala Town. |
