FIVE Alliance clubs will be in the draw for the fourth round of the Welsh Cup.Leaders Rhyl claimed the scalp of Welsh Premier Newtown at Latham Park thanks to a goal in the third minute of extra-time stoppage time from Crewe loanee Jason Oswell (pictured). Mike Pritchard had put the Lilywhites in front in the first-half, but Matty Cook's late strike for the Robins took the tie into extra-time. Cefn Druids won an all-Alliance affair at the Deeside Stadium, beating Gap Connah's Quay 2-1 with goals from former Nomad Tony Cann and Warren Duckett, after Jamie Petrie had put the hosts in front. A 12-match winning sequence came to an end for Caersws as they were dumped out at home by in-form Llandudno. Flint Town United and Buckley both saw-off south Wales opposition beating Newport CS and Taffs Well 4-0 and 4-3 respectively. In the league, Porthmadog took advantage of their rivals' cup commitments to claim third place with a 2-1 win at Penycae, Rhys Roberts and Darren Thomas scoring the goals. Guilsfield moved into seventh place with a Danny Barton goal enough to beat Ruthin Town 1-0 at the Memorial Fields. A Jon Foligno brace helped Penrhyncoch to a 3-2 home win over Llangefni Town, while Rhos Aelwyd were held to a 2-2 home draw by Llanrhaeadr, who levelled with a Josh Woods goal a minute from time.
