 THE Cymru Alliance manager of the month curse struck Llandudno Town as joint bosses Grant Montgomery and James Cornish watched their side go down 2-1 at Buckley Town.John Dowridge opened the Bucks' account after just five minutes, with Jamie McNeil adding another before Jason Sadler replied from the penalty spot for the visitors. The defeat leaves 'Tudno in third place, still ahead of Llangefni Town, who won 3-0 at home to Penrhyncoch with a brace from Darren Thomas and third from on-loan Bangor City midfielder Mel McGuinness. The other leading contenders were in league cup action but, after waiting until last weekend for their first win of the season, bottom club Llandyrnog added another three points with a 1-0 home success over Gresford Athletic, Sion Roberts netting the game's only goal on 50 minutes.
