Llangollen hit Bucks with four goals

Llangollen v BuckleyNEWLY-promoted Llangollen went top of the Cymru Alliance on Wednesday night with a 4-0 hammering of Buckley Town at Tower Fields.
Richard Vaughan Jones opened the scoring before Simon Hulse netted from the penalty spot. A second-half brace from Simon Hulse put the home side out of sight, with former Airbus keeper Ashley Crossthwaite making two fine saves to deny Buckley's Neil Wynne.
Llangollen lead on goal difference from Llangefni Town, who also won 4-0 on Tuesday night, beating Anglesey rivals Llanfairpwll away with goals from Kevin Lloyd, Warren Gibbs, Darren Thomas and Chris Williams.
Ruthin Town and Penrhyncoch, 1-0 winners home to Mold and away to Berriew respectively, also have maximum points.
But last season's runners-up, Holyhead Hotspur, lost their second game in a row, going down 3-1 to another of the newly-promoted sides, Bethesda Athletic.
There is a three-way go for the lead at the top of Welsh League Division One following Wednesday night's games.
Caldicot Town have the best goal difference after a 5-2 home win over Cardiff Corries, while Goytre United went one better with a 6-3 win at home to Pontardawe Town, Richard Ryan scoring four of the home side's goals.
Last season's champions Aberaman lie third after beating Caerleon 1-0.
