 AFAN Lido went on the rampage to beat Dinas Powys 9-1 on Wednesday night and claim second place in Welsh League Division One.Former Llanelli frontman Mark Jones (pictured) claimed four of the goals and also had a penalty saved, with Robbie Walters - released by Haverfordwest in January - scoring a hat-trick. Nathan White amd Carl Payne also got in the scoresheet in Lido's second best-ever win, with Joe Hinds notching the consolation goal for the visitors. |
