| Monday 16 August 2010 |
NEWLY-formed Merthyr Town will be the visitors to Aberaman Park on Tuesday 17th August 2010 (7:30pm kick off). A historic event will see Gary Sheppard and Danny Carter's men play against the first Welsh side since kicking off their new season as Merthyr Town. First Team Manager David Gough, who worked at Merthyr FC for five years explained: "It is a huge occasion for my players, everyone knows what a huge club Merthyr is and all about its traditions and I thank Garry an Danny for accommodating us as we try to continue our preparations for the delayed start of the season, this is one not to miss." |
