LAST season's Macwhirter Welsh League runners-up Cambrian & Clydach kept their title challenge on target with a 3-1 away win at Aberaman Athletic on Tuesday night.The home side opened the scoring through Jon Phillips after 30 minutes, but Jason Bertorelli, Gareth Welsh and Chris Ingram scored second half goals for the Rhondda outfit, who had Huw Bowtell red-carded. Cambrian are 12 points behind leaders Bryntirion Athletic, with three games in hand. Bottom club Garden Village claimed their first victory of the season with a 3-1 win over local rivals West End in the first fixture under the newly-installed floodlights at their Stafford Common home.
