BARRY Town turned the tables on Welsh League leaders Bryntirion Athletic on Friday night.The Dragons gained a convincing 6-0 win at Jenner Park to avenge their 6-1 loss at Bryntirion Park last Saturday. Anthony Nagi scored a hat-trick and goals from Mike Hartley (pictured), Ryan Jenkins and Josh Bell completed the rout. Cambrian and Clydach kept their title hopes alive with a 3-0 home win over Penrhiwceiber Rangers, Mike Jones with a brace and Dane Williams on target for the hosts. Caerau Ely won 2-0 away at Aberaman Athletic with goals from Liam Beattie and Tyrrell Webbe, while a first-half penalty from Robbie Walters and a second-half goal from Jamie Bowen gave Goytre United a welcome three points in a 2-1 victory over Cardiff Corinthians at Glenhafod Park. Dan Hooper scored a late penalty for the Corries. |
