 PROMOTED Afan Lido ended their season with a 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Taffs Well.Zak Misbah (pictured) scored the game's only goal on 33 minutes, with former Lido keeper Rory McCreesh making a superb save from a Mark Jones penalty to keep Taffs ahead at the interval. Neither side could score after the break leaving Lido in second place, five points behind champions Bryntirion Athletic. Bridgend won 5-1 away at Garden Village in Friday night's other game. |
