BARRY Town continue to head the Welsh League, but were forced to dig deep to defeat local rivals Dinas Powys 2-1 at Jenner Park. Zak Misbah levelled from the spot after Liam Beattie had given the visitors the lead, with Jamie Bradford heading home a Lewis Coslett cross for the winner. With second-placed Bettws out of action, Goytre United moved closer with a 2-1 home success over stubborn Cambrian & Clydach at Glanhafod Park thanks to a Robbie Walters brace. ENTO Aberaman scraped past Taffs Well 1-0 while Scott McCoubrey grabbed a hat-trick for promotion hopefuls Afan Lido in a 5-0 home hammering of Croesyceiliog. |
