Bluebirds beat nine-man Bulldogs

Ton Pentre v HaverfordwestAFTER a 5-1 midweek defeat at West End, Haverfordwest County got back to winning ways in the Welsh League with a 2-1 win in a feisty affair at Ton Pentre.
Richard Ryan opened the scoring for the Bluebirds, with Leon Young equalising two minutes after the break for the Bulldogs. But, after Josh Evans and Jason Cowan had both been sent-off, the nine-man hosts finally capitulated to another Ryan goal 12 minutes from time.
Cambrian & Clydach head the table with seven points from three games after a 2-0 Friday nighr home win over Taffs Well.
But West End were on the wrong end of five goals as they lost 5-3 at home to reigning champions Bryntirion Athletic, who go third.
Bridgend recorded their second home win in four days, beating Cardiff Corries 3-1 after their midweek success against Pontardawe Town.
Goytre United gained a much-needed win, 2-0 at home to Barry Town, with goals from Richard French and Danny Thomas.
