CAMBRIAN & Clydach remained on top of the Welsh League, extending their unbeaten run with a 4-0 win at home to Pontardawe Town, who had Luke Harris sent-off for a handball offence.The hosts scored through the resulting penalty from Jason Bertorelli and added further goals in the second period through Dane Williams, Ceri Morgan and Jamie Rewbury. They keep a one point lead over reigning champions Bryntirion Athletic, who grabbed a 1-0 win at Ton Pentre. Bridgend Town moved into third place after their best performance of the season to date, a 5-0 thumping of Cwmbran Celtic at the Brewery Field. Haverfordwest County continue to find life tough after relegation from the Welsh Premier, losing 1-0 at newly-promoted AFC Porth. Barry Town took the spoils with a 2-0 win at West End, while Caerau (Ely) won by the same scoreline against Goytre United. Cardiff Corries are bottom after losing 3-1 at Aberaman, while Taffs Well moved above them courtesy of a 2-0 win at Cwmaman Institute.
