CWMBRAN Celtic are the surprise high-flyers in the Welsh League after claiming second spot with a 2-1 home win over big-spenders Bridgend Town.Luke Sallis and Nana Baah scored the goals for the hosts, who have played five games more than leaders Cambrian & Clydach. Goytre United are in third place after a 3-0 win at Caerau (Ely) as fourth place AFC Porth were beaten 2-0 by Haverfordwest County at the New Bridge Meadow, former Carmarthen Town midfielder Darren Griffiths scoring both of the Bluebirds' goals.
