Airbus v LlanelliA RHYS Griffiths goal sent Llanelli four points clear at the top of the Welsh Premier with a 1-0 win at Airbus UK Broughton.
The game's only goal arrived three minutes after half-time when Griffiths tapped-in on the line after a Stephen Evans shot from a Chris Venables corner had hit the post.
The Reds had come close to scoring towards the end of the first-half when a succession of shots were blocked by keeper Kris Rogers and the Wingmakers' defence, with Griffiths claiming his back-heel had crossed the line before being cleared by Mark Allen.
Llanelli's goal also had a narrow escape when Marc Lloyd Williams saw his shot from close range saved by Ashley Morris.
Neath's woes continue to mount after a 1-0 defeat at Newtown's Latham Park, where Paul Roberts scored his first goal since arriving from Porthmadog in the 81st-minute.
The Eagles, who have claimed only six points from their last seven games, ended the game with 10-men after defender Ian Hillier was red-carded in the final minute.
