Bluebird Melia returns to Winsford

Chris MeliaCAERSWS have been dealt a blow after striker Chris Melia completed a return to Cheshire League side Winsford United in midweek.
The Bluebirds are unable to sign a replacement outside the January transfer window and manager Mickey Evans says: "It’s a nonsense really.
"It is not right that Welsh clubs can lose players across the border at any point during the season, but can only sign players during January."
Melia moved to Connah's Quay Nomads from Winsford in February 2007, reappearing in the Welsh Premier with Caersws in 2008/9, and scored 12 goals from 61 (+16) league appearances.
