Llanelli suffer another postponement

Rhyl v LlanelliLLANELLI'S home game with Rhyl has fallen victim to the weather after heavy overnight rain waterlogged Stebonheath Park.
Rhyl boss Greg Strong was confident his side could take something from the game and has not yet given up hope of retaining the Welsh Premier title, although the Lillies trail the leaders by 13 points.
"There’s only one way we play and that’s to go out and win," he told the Daily Post. "You’ve always got to be confident and I have full belief that the players I’ve got are capable of winning at Llanelli."
But the player-manager also pointed out that he has a lot of respect for Andy Legg’s side: "They are not in the position they are in through luck," he added.
"They know how to win games and it will be a good test for us."
Llanelli's hopes of regaining the crown were boosted on Friday night when rivals The New Saints dropped two points at bottom club Elements Cefn Druids.
Port Talbot bid to get their Euro bid back on track after four games without a win with a home fixture against lowly Caersws.
Bluebirds' boss Mickey Evans hopes a repeat of last week’s display against Llanelli will draw dividends against the out of sorts Steelmen.
"A few weeks ago they looked favourites for third, but they have hit some bad form since then," said Evans.
Prestatyn Town are likely to have three key players missing through injury for their trip to Newtown, with Gareth Wilson out for six weeks with a broken collar bone and Michael Parker and striker Jon Fisher-Cooke both doubtful.
Midfielders Craig Garside and Matty Hurdman face late fitness tests ahead of Bangor City’s home clash with Carmarthen Town.
The Old are battling to claim a place in Super 12 and home boss Nev Powell expects a stern test.
"Carmarthen are one of the better sides in the league, they are desperate for points to make the top 10, but we’ve got our own priorities and have a good home record to defend - the lads can’t wait for the game."
Porthmadog boss Tomi Morgan faces former club Welshpool at The Traeth and wants revenge for a 2-0 defeat at Maesydre earlier in the campaign.
"We were poor at Welshpool and deserved what we got, but this time if we perform to our potential and convert our chances then a win is on the cards," he says.
