 EXPERIENCED Welsh Premier defender Martin Beattie has joined Colwyn Bay.The 27-year-old spent last season with Welshpool, where he was virtually ever-present. After playing with West Kirby and Nantwich Town, Beattie started his domestic league career with NEWI Cefn Druids in December 2004, but switched the following summer to Bangor City, where he spent four seasons before joining Welshpool.
