 CHRIS Doran has joined Aberystwyth Town as back-up for first-choice gloveman Steve Cann and will also act as goalkeeping coach.The 27-year-old Ulsterman joined Airbus UK Broughton in the summer of 2007 after previous experience with the University of Lancashire. He left The Airfield in late August 2009 to return to Northern Ireland, but was back at The Airfield in January 2010. He than signed for Neath in August 2011 as replacement for the injured Lee Kendall and has made a total of 33 Welsh Premier starts. Doran has also been a goalkeeping coach involved in the Welsh set-up with the semi-pro and women’s squads and has also played for Bryansburn Rangers in Belfast. |
