Graham Evans has won the most Wales semi-professional caps and has scored eight goals from 21 appearances for the national side.
He scored the opening goal in both the 2006 and 2008 Four Nations tournaments and was an unused substitute against Gibraltar - the only game in the history of the semi-pro side that Evans has missed.
