| Whitfield stunner for the Eagles |

CRAIG Whitfield's goal earned lowly Elements Cefn Druids a surprise 1-1 Welsh Premier draw at high-flying Neath. The on-loan TNS youngster fired the Ancients in front after 56 minutes, with defender Ian Hillier grabbing an equaliser for the Eagles. Newtown and Carmarthen battled out a goal-less draw at Latham Park to leave both clubs still outside a top 10 place needed to guarantee a place in next season's slimmed-down league structure. And Haverfordwest County split the pair in 12th-place after a comfortable 3-1 win at Technogroup Welshpool's Maesydre. Jamie Bradford opened the Bluebirds' account after 23 minutes, with promising youngster Steffan Williams adding a second-half brace. A late George Hughes goal was the Lilywhites' only consolation.
