| Warlow re-signs to boost injury-hit Reds |
| Wednesday 25 August 2010 |
OWAIN Warlow has re-signed for Llanelli to help alleviate a "chronic injury situation" at Stebonheath Park. The Pontypridd-born midfielder, who prefers a left wing role, made 18 (+5) Welsh Premier appearances for the Reds last season, scoring one goalm after being released by Lincoln City manager Peter Jackson. But he was among several players not offered new terms after budget cuts at the club. Capped by Wales at Under-21 level while with the Imps, Warlow made 22 Football League appearances and spent part of season 2008/9 on loan at Kettering Town. Llanelli player-manager Andy Legg has had several players sidelined with injuries in recent weeks, including Chris Venables, Ashley Morris, Martyn Giles, Craig Moses and Jason Bowen. |
