O'Leary handed permanent Eagles' role

Kris O'Leary NEATH have confirmed Kristian O'Leary as manager and say all issues with outstanding payments to the Revenue have been addressed.
O'Leary took caretaker charge of the Eagles following the sacking of management duo Terry Boyle and Peter Nicholas in November and has enjoyed a successful spell with an unbeaten run of six games.
"The club are delighted with the new professional ethos that he has instilled during his short period in charge," says a statement from The Gnoll.
"Training is now well-structured and preparations for games are thorough and well thought out.
"As a result of this the club are convinced that he can drive us forward as we enter the championship conference games."
Neath were issued with a second winding-up petition in December but the statement adds: "With the club's issues with HMRC addressed, the club now look to the future by building on the good form shown since he took over as caretaker manager in November, which has brought a six match unbeaten run including two fine wins during the Christmas period against Llanelli.
"This has taken us to within seven points of the top and the next 10 fixtures should prove to be exciting.
"As a club we have endured some challenging times recently which have been well documented.
"However, the board, management, players, sponsors and supporters have all pulled together and worked tremendously hard to ensure that the club is in a position to drive forward in a strong and united manner.
"Appointing Kris is a key factor in this process and we are excited as a club about the future."
