BOTH of Wednesday night's League Cup first round second leg games were the subject of late postponements. Newtown's Latham Park pitch passed a 12.30pm inspection and Prestatyn's players had arrived at the ground before another inspection deemed the pitch to be frozen. The game at the GenQuip Stadium between Port Talbot Town and Carmarthen Town was also called off only an hour before kick-off. |
