DELAYS over TV rights have prevented Rhyl from naming the date for their Uefa Champions League second qualifying round tie against Partizan Belgrade until this morning. The club has now confirmed that the game at Belle Vue will take place on July 14, with a 19:45 kick-off. Tickets will go on sale on Tuesday afternoon at the Pavilion Theatre in Rhyl, priced at £15 and the Lillies say supporters are urged to purchase their tickets as soon as possible as early enquiries have been "immense". A limited number of tickets can also be purchased by cash/cheque only at Belle Vue each morning from 9:30 to 1:00. S4C are believed to be interesting in televising the first leg, while the second leg is expected to be played in Belgrade on Tuesday July 21. |
