BALA boss Colin Caton is still active in the transfer market and has added Vauxhall Motors' midfielder Jamie Holden to his squad.Holden had four years' experience in the Bury youth system before spending two seasons with Ashton United. He then returned to Gigg Lane with FC United of Manchester, arriving at Motors last summer via an unsuccessful trial at Barrow. After scoring three goals from 43 appearances at Riveacre Park, Holden has spent pre-season with The New Saints, who decided not to offer terms. Last week, Caton signed former TNS striker John Toner, Cefn Druids' midfielder Ricky Evans and Caersws utility man Ross Jefferies. |
