Kennedy established Fitness Freak when he returned home and says the business has gone from strength to strength. "Here I offer training in a positive, safe and professional environment with an emphasis on working towards quantifiable, realistic improvements both inside and outside of the gym," he says. This ideal setting is both calming and tranquil and the gym is easily accessable from all the surrounding areas. "I trained in Cardiff with Premier Global undertaking exams which included fitness programme design, special population training, pre/post natal, nutritional advisor, sports massage therapy and first aid through which I acquired a diploma in personal training. "I am have a Level 1 Qualified Poliquin Strength Coach and in addition, after completing my time in Kingsway college London, I also obtained a BTEC in Leisure and Tourism. "My motivation and interest came from playing and training in team sports from a young age. It has helped me achieve success personally and for others through proper nutrition and training methods."
