Carmarthen Town
A Wales Under-21 international who had trials with Norwich and Cardiff City before being spotted by a scout from Crystal Palace, where he made his debut in February 1999. After six appearances he joined Swansea City on loan, eventually leaving Palace in March 2002 and signing on a free transfer for Brentford where he made 48 league appearances. After spells at Woking and Crawley he signed for Llanelli in January 2008. Released by new manager Andy Legg in the summer of 2009, he returned to the squad in November as a replacement for Rory Smitham. Transferred to Carmarthen Town in June 2010.
