Capped by Wales at youth level and with Port Talbot and Cardiff City before becoming a member of the Skewen Athletic side that won the Welsh league in 2003/4. A fairly regular member of the Neath side until a loan move to Carmarthen in January 2011, but was recalled to The Gnoll in April before being released in June and joining Afan Lido.
