A sports writer who has a weekly column "Extra Time" in the Rhyl & Prestatyn Visitor, played for Rhyl in the Welsh Premier in 2001/02 and was a member of their European squads. Joined Prestatyn in the 2007 close season and has represented the Wales Under-18s and Colwyn Bay. Returned to Prestatyn at the end of August 2011.
