Aberystwyth Town
A Welsh schoolboy international and Welsh Colleges representative who spent several seasons as a Carmarthen Town regular and also played for Aberystwyth. Spent three seasons at Haverfordwest and earned a call-up to the Welsh semi-pros before joining Llanelli in June 2006. Completed his 400th Welsh Premier appearance in his fifth and final season with the Reds before returning to Park Avenue in June 2011.
