WPL career details for Mike Thompson

Bala Town
A July 2004 signing for Cefn Druids from West Cheshire League outfit Mond Rangers, who moved to Rhyl in the summer of 2005 and then to Welshpool in October. Left the club in pre-season 2006 but returned in October the same year, later moving back to Plas Kynaston Lane in January 2008. Rejoined Welshpool in January 2009 but followed manager Tomi Morgan to Porthmadog the following summer. Left to sign for Bala Town in January 2010 and, after a spell in New Zealand, returned to the league with newly-promoted Connah's Quay in the summer of 2012 but transferred back to Bala in January 2013.
