Carmarthen Town
A Welsh Under-21 international who was previously with Swansea City and Millwall, where he skippered the Lions' reserve side, and has Conference experience from loan spells with Dagenham & Redbridge and Aldershot Town during the 2003/4 season. Signed for Crawley Town in summer 2004, returning to Wales with Newport County in November 2004. Joined Port Talbot where he made nearly 200 starts before being released by mutual consent in January 2011 and joining local rivals Neath the following day.
