Defender or midfielder signed from Southport in summer 2001, who played a part in Rhyl's title success in 2003/4, before signing for Welshpool Town. Moved to TNS in April 2005 and played in both legs of the Champions League ties against Liverpool and MyPa-47. Moved to Icelandic outfit Prottur in May 2007 and, after returning to the UK in the winter close season, joined Caernarfon in January 2009. Left following the Canaries' relegation and joined Marine.
