The all-time appearance record-holder in the Welsh Premier with 516 starts, Reynolds was a stalwart for Newtown where he was captain for several seasons before making the switch to local rivals Caersws. Capped for Wales at semi-professional level, he switched to Aberystwyth Town in July 2008 and became the first player to record 500 appearances in the Welsh Premier against Airbus UK Broughton three months later.
