A full-time professional with Barry Town during their period of greatest success, he made 164 appearances for the Dragons, after making just 14 starts with Cardiff City and winning three Welsh Under-21 caps. Was offered a chance to resurrect his Football League career with Swansea City and spent two seasons at the Vetch before a move to Newport County. Joined Carmarthen in the summer of 2006 and also has Welsh Premier experience with Cardiff Grange Quins and Cwmbran Town. Moved to Haverfordwest County in the 2007 close season, retiring on medical advice in January 2011.
